Living Stories Western Sydney Writing Prize
Entries are now open for the Living Stories Western Sydney Writing Prize, with the theme “Over the line…?”. You can submit a short story, poem, or essay. The Hills Shire Library Service is releasing the Hills Voices Online oral histories series as a podcast. The latest episode features the late Ron Smith OAM, a former Castle Hill and District sub-branch vice president and naval officer, who speaks about life in Castle Hill during wartime, the development of Castle Hill RSL Club, and its ANZAC Day celebrations.
